On Saturday, April 14, 2018, Retired Col. Nya T. Gbonah, Vice President of the Gbannah Development Organization (GDO), Liberian Branch, got married to his partner, Annie. This was a formalization of a relationship that has spanned nearly forty years. Col. Gbonah, a former Senior Staff of the Personnel Department of the Armed Forces of Liberia came in contact with his wife on April 14, 1979; the date of the Rice Riot in our country.

Hon. Younquoi Marks Easter Breaks with Agricultural Activities
In spite of my involvement with the road rehabilitation works in the District during the Easter Break, I found time to visit my farm near Dian Town, GIPO Township, where major maintenance works on the nearly 300 acres of land, cultivated with RUBBER, OIL PALM & RICE, are currently taking place. There is also some level of production taking place. I had the opportunity to participate in the process as some of the farm workers used a SIMPLE OIL PROCESSING MACHINE to carry on oil production.

NIMBA COUNTY QUALIFIES FOR QUARTER FINALS
On Friday, April 6, 2018, the Kickball and football teams of Nimba qualified for the next stage of the ongoing National County league in Liberia. Drawn in a zone with Lofa, Bong and Grand Gedeh counties, NIMBA proved too strong for its opponents winning Lofa and Grand Gedeh and settling for a goaless draw with Bong on Friday, the last day of the of the group stage day. She came out with the total point of 7 thereby topping the group. Gbarnga, Bong county was the host/venue of the Zone. With this, she is paused to participation in the quarter final, semi final and grand final in Monrovia. On the other hand, the girls of NIMBA won all their games thereby finishing on top of their zone. Like their male counterparts, they are destined for the remaining stages in Monrovia. On hand to provide moral and other supports to the county paying teams on the last days, were Representatives Prince O.S Tokpah, Samuel G. Kogar and myself.

Mr. Zuah hails from Blohn Town, Gbannah Chiefdom, Nimba county District Eight. Making the presentation recently at the office, Ms. Kou Dahn, a representative of Mr. Zuah in Liberia, stated that the gadgets were in intended to improve the efficiency of my office as I deliver to our people.

Roger Domah, hosted a Peace and Reconciliation program in Saclepea City following a protracted legal battle with some of his opponents in the October 10, 2017 Elections. Members of the Nimba Delegations to the Legislature present at the program included myself; Hon. Prince Tokpah ( District 2); Hon.Joseph N. Sunwabi ( District 3) and Hon. Johnson N. Gwaikolo (District 9)

Following my "triumphant entry" into District Eight on January 27, 2017, I commenced a second visit to my District, as a member of the 54th Legislature, on March 9, 2017. The visit, which encompasses the twin holidays of Decoration Day & J. J. Roberts Birthday on the 14th & 15th of March respectively, also included part of the Easter Break of the Legislature. The nearly two week-visit started with my participation in the memorial feast of the late Leewehpea District Commissioner, Hon. Nya Dakiayee on the 10th instant.
